The Richter RSS series is a PFA lined bellows sealed globe control valve that has a proven performance in the chlorine and chemical industry. The RSS Series is ideal for media where stainless steel is not suitably corrosion resistant or you are looking for a cost effective alternative to Hastelloy, Monel or Titanium. The valve offers thick walled PFA lining, one piece body with optional PTFE bellows or Hastelloy bellows for extreme permeation conditions. A variety of plug and seat materials are available for different process applications. External protection is corrosion resistant epoxy with stainless steel stem and fasteners. The valve design and safety stuffing box complies with the German Clean Air Act TA-Luft. Our valve automation centres in Vereeniging and Durban are able to mount valve positioners and any associated instrumentation very quickly.
